Global nvd_add_notification_action (NvdNotification *notification, const char *action, int value_to_set, int *value_to_return)

This function no longer works since v0.10.0. It was only limited to some platforms before so it has become a no-op.

The Adwaita backend has been deprecated as of v0.10.0, any value returned by this is invalid.

Global nvd_get_argv (void)

This function is deprecated as of v0.8.1 and will only return NULL
